== create account == Bafflingly, I filled in the fields, did the maths puzzle, clicked and it told me there was no authorisation code. I tried the same thing three times but it was hopeless. Surely, as software programmers you can get the signup to the forum working correctly??????? Anyway, onto the reason for coming on here. I love this product and have recommended it to others. However. You have made a change recently which is incomprehensible to me. One used to be able to upload, select 'overwrite' and click 'Always use this action' - and that was that. Now, everytime I load up the program, I have to click the 'always use this action' box. Why? It would slightly less frustrating if I only had to do it once a day - but every time...?? Beyond irritating. FEATURE REQUEST In similar vein, but at least it's not a feature that has gone backwards, is this: LOG IN file site manager select website connect Local site files appear as last displayed Remote files appear at root - then you have to (EACH TIME!!!) select wwwroot. Why?? Don't get this. Surely 99.9 users want www.root to display immediately. How many people click immediately on db or logs? Surely for thos tiny proportion of users they can be made to go to the trouble of clicking on db or logs and the overwhelming rest of us can enjoy the default log in to take us straight to WITHIN the www.roots directory. Makes sense? Hope so! Thanks a lot. Clare London PS (tried to sign up, as I said, but 10 mins trying one thing fruitlessly is enough for this lass. email me if you want at computer@clarelondon.com. Cheers.) :> Now, everytime I load up the program, I have to click the 'always use this action' box. Why? :Because this setting is session-based. You can use Settings -> Transfers -> File exists action to set it permanently. :> Local site files appear as last displayed :> Remote files appear at root :> - then you have to (EACH TIME!!!) select wwwroot. [...] :You cannot expect all servers to have the same directory layout. To select a default remote directory, have a look at the "Advanced" tab in the site manager. :Regarding the account creation problems, maybe someone else can help.
