Why create new user account, why not take advantage of "NetworkService" and "LocalService" accounts?
That's why they are in the Windows security system in first place! I never understood why make new user accounts, where special principals for that purpose are already present - this should be imho default behavior instead of installing NT service as "LocalSystem".--[[Special:Contributions/84.242.71.76|84.242.71.76]] 11:56, 5 March 2015 (CET)

A very good troubleshooting and Tips&Tricks section! Thanks to Eto!

I have question about FileZilla

Now I have FileZilla program to provide FTP services.

If I need to add new SFTP services in this windows, pls let me know how to do

- existing FileZilla can support FTP and SFTP together

- can install another FileZilla for SFTP services

Whomever wrote this page is apparently very biased against Windows and Windows users. Comments like "Let's face it, most of the Windows programs are of dubious quality, and the developers are not very bright. It's a lazy bunch, used to being able to write into the registry and all over your system, from the times of MS-DOS and Windows 95." are pointless and contribute nothing to the documentation of FileZilla. This type of commentary content should be removed as it serves no positive purpose and does nothing to better document the product.
