"Apparently, this virus can infect every ssytem in a corporation, bringing productive work to a halt and generating gigabites of cheesy slide shows with goofy bar graphs and trite dissolve transitions." That isn't the virus... that is the main purpose of PowerPoint.... to take a complex series of business problems and reduce them to some meaningless 3 color graphs... So everyone - the LEAST common demonenator - can sound like they understand the issue. And after a week's worth of meetings, management will convene a task force to produce a straw-man to divise a strategy, to .... Sorry I had flash-back to working in Corp. America.
