• Use proper wiki formatting for the sections
• Use .png as image file format for the screenshots, .jpg is of bad quality and looks horrible.

Help for laypeople

All the filezilla help pages are very shallow, with many lists of options but rarely any explanation of them, so an inexperienced user is none the wiser as to what the choices do or what the terminology means.

Some systematic explanatory help for lay people would make it possible for all users to use the software, and to know if there is a genuine problem when it doesn't work.

Have a non-geek review the help pages and translate jargon into usable instruction.

Adoro filezilla e foram utilizá-lo por anos! Seria realmente útil para permitir que os usuários colocar Quicklinks aos sites, em vez de ter de abrir o gerente do caixa. Eu realmente um salto em torno de alguns sites FTP um pouco e seria realmente fazer as coisas mais eficiente eu poderia colocar Quicklinks a esses sites algures na barra de ferramentas.
