File Transfer Protocol

I had not seen this question until today, and no doubt after this time you eralady know the answer sorry it was missed. ftp is short for file transfer protocol it's relationship to the server it will not affect the traffic your site gets not unless the difference is between uploading your site and not uploading your site I guess I hope this answers the question for anyone else who asks
