Hi,Click on the Start Menu > Control Panel > User Accounts > Manage Another Accounts > Create a new Account. ORClick on the Start Menu and in the Search box type CMDAt the top you can see a CMD file. Just right click on that file and select Run as Administrator.In the black Command Window tenpyet user UserName Password /add Where: UserName = Name of the user account Password = Password of the user accountNOTE : This one will not be a Administrator User. It will be a Stranded user only. Enjoy!!!!!
