Okay the sleeping helps you lose wehigt so nothing wrong there, water is awesome because it takes calories to break down but you don't gain any calories so good idea to drink lots of water, good breakfast and small meals except make sure you include protein into each of your meals things like a slice of bread is good to have but carbohydrates are broken down fast to give you energy quick and to much energy will be stored as fat where protein is broken down slowly so you have more time to burn energy and less energy is converted to fat. I suggest doubling the times for the workouts because if you want to lose wehigt fast you should workout for at least an hour (but make sure to take breaks!). Everything else seems good, good luck!
