Command-line arguments (Client)

help please,, i am triyng to use filezilla as mu ftp to load my wp script to 000webhost. i am so confused by all the different host, database user names and passwords. There is one for the mysql, one for ooowebhost . when i try to connect i am getting the error 530 , which i guess it means i have a user name or password incorrect, i have spent letterally 4 days triyng to get this connect,, can you help me?
