FZ UAC

Hey techdude im tyring to get wordpress up and running on 000webhost but whenever i upload a theme or anything i keep getting a write error(Upload Error: Unable to create directory /home/a4913649/public_html/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?) do you have any idea how to solve this? been working at it for over 2 days now HELP!You need to change the permissions of wp-content' and uploads' to 777. Send me your FTP details and i'll do them for you if you want.
