Search Before Posting
There is a good chance you're not the first person to experience the issue you are having. By searching the forums, you may be able to find posts about the problem you are experiencing. Also, search the existing tickets in the project's Trac system. Make sure you do not create a new topic on something that has already been discussed before (known as posting a duplicate or 'dupe').

After entering my host name, user name,password and clicking on quick connect, l receive no welcome message so am unable to proceed with uploading.
What am I doing wrong?
