Re; Below problem.  I am a novice and do not understand.  Does Filezilla have any "real" host that I can communicate with to get assistance?

I just opened Filezilla and let it upgrade but now am unable to connect.  It asked for my host.  What is that?  Is it my IP address?  If so, I did and I still cannot get it to log on.
