== SSH_AUTH_SOCK == If your password manager like 1Password provides the functionality to move ssh keys to it, it also provides a service agent running on a socket. You then just need to export eg `export SSH_AUTH_SOCK=~/.1password/agent.sock` globally, then use "Normal" SFTP login with your username. According to the docs: FileZilla supports the standard SSH agents. If your SSH agent is running, the SSH_AUTH_SOCK environment variable should be set. (Note, the "Normal" logon type should be set for the server in order to use the SSH agent socket.)
