FileZilla Server command-line arguments on Windows
To start FileZilla Server open a cmd.exe or PowerShell console with Administrator privileges and type the following command:
net start filezilla-server net stop filezilla-server
To reload the configuration at runtime:
sc control filezilla-server param-change
