bonsoir e0 toutes,je suis frane7aise et atietnte du LPHS, qui vient d'eatre confirme9 au bout de 3 ans de douleur insupportable. J'ai vu beaucoup de me9decins, psy, essayer des me9dicaments, morphine, opium mais rien n'y fait. Je suis suivie au centre anti douleur et j'ai aussi essaye9 l'hypnose qui m'apporte pour un moment une e9vasion face e0 la douleur.J'ai rencontre9 le Pr MARTIN e0 Lyon et il veut me faire une auto transplantation du rein. le risque est que je peux perdre mon rein mais je prends le risque car je ne peux plus vivre comme e7a.Je vous tiendrai au courant et essayer de parler de cette ope9ration (qui peut se faire que pour un rein) e0 votre me9decin.Bon courage e0 tous

actually we do not have any easy way to select one-side-only-existent files (yellow marked).
 
Similar - a way to remove orphaned files from remote server. Files that need to be deleted from remote server. A way to remove all of them from the current directory and all inclusive.

Once you find a mismatch in the file sizes and/or modification times it would be nice
to see the actual differences between the two files.
