actually we do not have any easy way to select one-side-only-existent files (yellow marked).
 
Similar - a way to remove orphaned files from remote server. Files that need to be deleted from remote server.  A way to remove all of them from the current directory and all inclusive.

Once you find a mismatch in the file sizes and/or modification times it would be nice
to see the actual differences between the two files.
