If you want to buy a proprietary system there are also quite a few to choose from including offerings from the big outfits like Microsoft and Oracle, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive for an SME. One important consideration is the amount of cost involved in setting up and learning an Open Source program in comparison to the cost of purchasing a turnkey proprietary system.
