Your story is MY story! WOW!I was also a track star in high school but after granuatidg undergrad in Spring 2010, I weighed my heaviest at 186lbs. I have lost 30 since then.I too am getting married very soon (Aug 2012) & many think it's because of the dress but there is far more to it than that.My pastor recently preached a sermon about how the enemy desires to USE US to take ourselves out of this world by helping us to attack our own health. I refuse to be a puppet!Praise be to God!
